A Workshop on Registration as a Professional Engineer or Geoscientist in British Columbia

Sat Oct 29 2022 21:30:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)

Are you in the process of (or have applied for) registering as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) and would like to learn more about details of the registration process in a workshop format? Please join the Iranian Engineers of BC Association (IEBCA) in an in-person, interactive workshop presented by Dr. Hamid Ghanbari, P.Eng. from EduBuild Solutions and in the presence of a registration staff from EGBC. The workshop is in English and open to the public, and members of EGBC may claim 3 Continuing Education (CE) Hours for attending the event.

This workshop provides an opportunity for anyone who is in the process of application for registering as a P.Eng. or P.Geo. with EGBC to share their experience and learn from the experience of others who are going through the registration process. The workshop includes two rounds of group discussions, which will be facilitated by experienced P.Eng. and P.Geo. individuals assigned to each group. After the group discussions, there will be a debriefing and a Q/A session that provides an opportunity for the audience to pose their questions and receive answers from the presenter and the registration staff from EGBC.
