The Master of Engineering Leadership (MEL) degree is for practicing professionals who want to excel in their careers. Offered by the Faculty of Applied Science in collaboration with the Sauder School of Business candidates will broaden their technical perspectives and acquire new business and leadership skills.
The game-changing combination of cross-disciplinary engineering instruction and personal leadership development is built around several one-year sector-specific program options. Each program has been developed in collaboration with industry partners and is designed to equip participants with a suite of practical, hands-on skills that are in demand by top employers.
