Emission Impossible - Clean Energy with Hydrogen and Fuel Cells
Sat Oct 12 2019 21:00:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)
Hydrogen plays a vital role for a low-carbon future as the key element for reaching our climate goals and fight local pollution from burning fossil fuels. Fuel cells take the energy in the hydrogen and convert it emission-free and efficient into electrical energy. Hydrogen and fuel cells are used in energy production and storage of renewable energy, as fuel for transportation, heating and energy supply for buildings as well as key material for industry. The presentation provides an overview of the state of the technology, products and global commercial applications. Canada is the “cradle of fuel cells” and is one of the leading centers of competency.
