Please join the Iranian Engineers of BC Association (IEBCA) in an informative in-person presentation by Sidra Mobin from Immigrant Services Society of BC (ISSofBC).

Building and maintaining a self-brand on social media has become important for so many professionals. Whether you are an engineer, architect or any other professional, your personal brand will help you stand out. This presentation is intended for you to learn how to effectively use LinkedIn to establish your personal brand. It provides an introduction to self-branding and its related principles as well as the approaches and techniques to the application of the principles in the LinkedIn environment.

About the Speaker:

Sidra Mobin has been associated with the employment sector in the non-profit for almost four years. During her tenure, she has worked as a Job Developer, Business Coach, and Resource Advisor. She has also served on a Board of Directors, helping newcomers to Canada to achieve their potential. Being an immigrant herself, she understands the struggle of finding the professional footing in Canadian market and is committed to help the newcomers to Canada At present, she is working as a Resource advisor with the Global Talent Loans Program of ISSofBC.
