Thu Oct 29 2020 12:00:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)

Water is at the core of sustainable development and is critical for socio-economic development, energy and food production, healthy ecosystems and for human survival itself. However, 2million deaths and more than 4 billion illnesses are caused every year from water-related diseases and disasters, it is two time higher than deaths because of Covid-19.
By 2050, at least 1 in 4 people will likely live in a country affected by chronic or recurring fresh-water shortages and 2.3 billion people live without access to basic sanitation.
While water crisis is hitting sustainable development in the world, it’s creating opportunities for technology firms. New technology is desperately needed in areas including purification and desalinization, metering and demand management, exploration and production and water infrastructure. This presentation provides a general overview of drinking water challenges and opportunities. It also presents a unique solution for solving long standing drinking water challenges, including boil water advisories of small and Ingenious communities.
