Work and workers (yes, humans) will always be essential to organizations, but organizations themselves will be more diverse, and work will be organized, structured, and done in new ways, increasingly through arrangements outside of regular full-time employment. How can leaders navigate this new digital work ecosystem? How should your organization plan for the changes ahead? These are the type of questions that will be explored in this presentation.

Dr. Hamid Kazemi received his Ph.D. in Business Management in 2010. He is a faculty member at University Canada West. He has CPHR and SHRM designations in British Columbia and Yukon. Working in a variety of education systems like universities and scientific research centers for more than 25 years as a Researcher, Instructor and CFO has helped him in gaining experience in human resource management, business intelligence, corporate strategy management, and change management.
